Mickey Mouse and Manta Rays
Whether it’s your first Orlando vacation or your tenth Walt Disney World® is a definite must. It’s entirely possible, maybe even preferable depending on the length of your stay, to dedicate an entire trip to exploring its four theme parks and two water parks. To make sense of the Magic Kingdom and more Disney is offering a free vacation planning DVD, giving you the inside scoop on the happiest place on earth plus now’s the time to take advantage of multiple Magic Your Way packages starting at $82 a day per person. And, be sure to check out Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ latest claim to fame, The American Idol Experience. Another classic Orlando attraction, SeaWorld Orlando, recently launched Manta which is way more than a roller coaster. Guests are surrounded by thousands of rare underwater creatures, including 300 manta rays, before a manta shaped coaster flies them through the sky for a one of a kind thrill ride. |

Beat the Lines
Saying Orlando has a “slow season” isn’t exactly accurate but there are times when the parks are less busy. Although you’re likely to encounter crowds year round, typically September up to Thanksgiving break and January through early February have the lowest attendance. Take a look at Disney’s calendar that highlights the best times to visit. Luckily, no matter when you travel, some of the main attractions offer honest ways to cut in line. Disney’s FASTPASS® lets you save your place in line without actually waiting – that way you can enjoy the park and come back when it’s your turn. Want to feel like a VIP? Purchase a Front of Line Pass at Universal Studios and enjoy priority seating on every ride, show and attraction. |
